- Reality Stricken is a four piece band that hails from Norristown PA. Striving to write energetic and catchy music with a positive message, each member brings a wide array of influences to the table from the most crushing metal to the nimblest swing. Steve Angello and Mike Weiser founded the band in 2002, and after playing as a three piece craved a larger sound, adding childhood friend and guitarist Stu Olson. The band recorded several EP's, and with the departure of their bassist Matt in 2006 they began the arduous process of finding a new four stringer. Taking a recommendation from Steve's vocal teacher they auditioned Josh, and the lineup was complete. Reality Stricken has been featured on the 93.3 WMMR music show at the Grape St. Pub, and has opened for such national acts as Foster Child, A Heartwell Ending, and Vanilla Ice.
